2017 Update
2017 is a stellar year for condominium sales with over 1400 condominiums sold and a increase of 2.3% in price from 2016! In the past 5 months 112 luxury condos have sold over $500,000 and where 2016 only saw 2 condo listings over $1,000,000, 2017 has already seen 14. May saw 444 units sell with a great projection for the remainder of the year. The prestigious 90 George Street has toppled our list of most expensive condos ever sold on MLS with 4 of the 5 units from the beautiful condo overlooking the Byward Market.
Here are Ottawa’s Most Expensive Condos (Ever Sold on MLS®)

This stunning two-storey penthouse sports a soaring atrium and reception hall. Guests will be awestruck when they venture onto the roof-top deck and floor to ceiling windows open up a beautiful panoramic view of the downtown core.

#4 on our list is #1702 in 90 George Street. This penthouse was listed at $2,495,000 and has an exceptional view of Parliament and the Gatineau Hills . Custom designed 2800 sq ft of luxury decor is finished with beautiful cherry wood floors. This massive condo has a kitchen that comes with separate serving and preparation areas and is finished with stunning granite counter-tops.

#3 on our list is unit #1801 of 90 George Street (seeing a trend?) that listed for 2,500,000. This exceptional condo has more than 3000 sq ft spread out over 2 floors. This condo is in the heart of Ottawa’s capital with high craftsmanship and beautiful tall ceilings. This stunning condo sports two bedrooms and a study designed by Bassi Construction.

The next entry on our list is again from George Street. #1804 listed for $2,750,000 and sold within months of its listing. This is one of Ottawa’s most premier condos. With over 3000 sq ft, a large den, 3 terraces and the most incredible north facing views of Parliament. Heated floors are an exceptional addition to this beautiful home and the huge kitchen is breathtaking. This is truly urban living at its finest.

It almost seems unfair having our top entries for the most expensive Ottawa condos all come from 90 George Street. #1 on our list is our returning #1 from 2014. Unit #1804 listed for $3.1 million. It not only takes #1 but #2 with exceptional circumstances allowing this home to be brought to market once again. This beautiful home is the finest in urban living and is just one example of the many luxury condos up for grabs in Ottawa!
