Last year, 2010, 61 homes and condos sold of over $1,000,000, which represented only .5% of all the homes sold in Ottawa that year, and only 3 of which were condos.

This year, 2011, a year not yet finished, the Ottawa Real Estate Board is reporting 87 million dollar sales, an increase of over 40%, a figure only second to the 48.8% incread in $750K – $1M sales.
