We know the Ottawa Real Estate market:  
November 2012

We Started November with 4774 Homes and 1386 Condos for sale in Ottawa. Buyers have plenty of choices.

 

Of the 6773 Homes for Sale in October 2012, 12.3% Sold (836), 17.2% Gave up (1163) and 70% are still looking to sell (4774).  In the Condo Market (1907), 12.4% Sold (237), 14.9% Gave Up (284) and 73% are still hoping to sell.
September and October have started to show some solid growth from what looked initially like a slowing real estate market.
