JP…I don’t know what more you could possibly have done to ‘improve’ your service. As you know I had first listed the house almost a year ago. Over the course of the last year it has been listed with 3 different agents from 3 brokerages and I was unsuccessful. I really believe that the other agents did absolutely nothing to promote the house. They promised all kinds of actions but once they secured the listing they became lazy and sat back hoping another agent would come along and sell the property. Communication was very poor from 2 of the 3 agents. The feedback about the house from the handful of people who viewed the property (no more than 6 or 7) was positive but because of various reasons beyond my control the house just wasn’t right for them. The agents insisted I drop the price and keep dropping until it sold. That is the stupidest method of marketing I had ever heard of. It’s very easy to give a house away. It takes no brains or effort.
