Here at The Tulip Team we have a unique opportunity for a licensed REALTOR® looking to work part time.  This is a great chance to learn the ropes as you work under the guidance of experienced REALTORS®.

Major Responsibilities are to:

• Host Showing Tours for signed clients
• Attend Home Inspections for our clients making offers
• and Support our purchasing team members with offers, paperwork and systems.

The advantage to you, as a Part Time sales representative is you’ll be doing the important task of a Tulip Team REALTOR®, showing houses, learning the market, dealing with clients, fulfilling offer conditions and co-coordinating the closing process, when your schedule allows without having to completely change careers all at once.

You’ll get to work with Real Buyers under contract with The Tulip Team to buy a home.  Learn how to and manage their home search, show them houses that meet their needs, help the buyers qualify the homes to find the right one for them.  Once the offer is negotiated you’ll help the buyers through the inspection and financing process with our guidance and oversee the closing process.
