Military Relocations to Ottawa [Video] with Keith Bray

Keith Bray, a registered Relocation Professional is experienced with assisting RCMP, Military and Corporate moves to Ottawa.
Today he shares his experience on what & where to consider if you’re being posted to Ottawa.

Most military people are looking at the west side of Bronson Avenue these days with the move of DND to the Carling Campus and RCMP HQ to Barrhaven.
Old Nepean is very popular with large lots and good schools, Kanata & Stittsville are great with newer homes and short communities.

With the LRT & rapid transit system extended to Moodie Drive it’s convenient for Urban families or partners with only one car to be able to live downtown and easily commute out to the new campus.

Westboro, Hintonburg & Wellington Village offer Urban Chic living where you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants and transit while more mature neighbourhoods like Fisher Heights and Parkwood Hills offer large homes, yards and a more family feel.
For a more suburban feel Kanata & Stittsville offer newer build homes with a more modern feel, less upkeep and great amenities.
