A short 5 minute drive away is the Fortune Farms Maple Sugar Bush where you can enjoy an educational trail walk around the bush, and sample taffy, syrup, fudge and candy before deciding which goodies you want to take home with you. A 10 minute drive finds you at Thompsontown Maple Products for a similar experience in the spring, and camping at Thompson Black Rock Park in the summer months.
