Kayla grew up in Ottawa and has spent the majority of her life studying and working in the city, having received two degrees from Carleton University – a Bachelor of Humanities and a Master of Arts in International Affairs – after which she spent ten years working as a Public Servant for various government departments before beginning a career in Real Estate in 2014.

Kayla is therefore not only extremely familiar with Ottawa, she also has a vast network of personal and professional connections across the city to leverage on behalf of her clients. Kayla made the switch to Real Estate from a successful career in the government because she is passionate about helping people achieve their personal and financial goals – whether that’s finding a beautiful home to grow their family, selling their condo quickly to begin an adventure abroad, or growing a portfolio of investment properties to achieve financial independence.

Kayla has personally lived in Altavista, the Glebe, Sandy Hill, Hintonburg, and now in her new home in Old Ottawa East. She loves working in central neighbourhoods but has helped clients all over the city and suburbs.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kayla loves spending time with her wife Stephanie and dog Magic and is passionate about being active and spending time outside – in the summer this means playing a lot of beach volleyball, sailing and cycling and in the winter you can find her snowboarding on a local ski hill.
