We’re looking for a Marketing Co-Ordinator to fill a 1-year leave running our real estate marketing systems, showcasing our houses for sale, creating engaging content, and supporting our agents with their marketing needs.
-Rollout the marketing on our houses for sale to our website & social media platforms
-Manage our paid social media campaigns
-Track ad performance and produce weekly reports
-Manage our social media platforms for daily engagement
-Write lifestyle blogs for our properties for sale, content articles based on the real estate market and seasons
-Write weekly & monthly sales newsletters for our past & present clients.
Location: This position will work out of the 610 Bronson Street office in Ottawa, daily at 9 AM.
- 1+ years professional copywriting.
- 1+ graphics design.
- 1+ social media management.
- Must be a strong storyteller.
- Must be good with organizing time & people.
- Must be good with deadlines.
