Coming in at #5 is 233 Clemow Avenue which was listed for an impressive $3,800,000. With 5-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms, this home has a ton of stunning modern finishes to make your jaw drop.

At #4 we have 1064 River road located in Manotick. This property was listed for $3,850,000 and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

In 3rd place, we have 3341 Carling Avenue in the Crystal Bay area. This home had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and was listed for $4,175,000. Not only is this property on the water with its own private, sandy beach, but it also has a stunning inground pool!

The 2nd most expensive listing in Ottawa is 6 Crescent road in Rockliffe. This 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom home was listed for $4,298,000.

Finally at #1 is 263 Soper Place in Rockcliffe. This 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom home was listed at a whopping $5,000,000!
